Order Reminder

Prior to shipping your order kindly expect an email from us confirming the size and  dimensions of your order, we are a small boutique and mostly we only have 1 per size per style. As much as we would want to accomodate exchange due to wrong sizing most of the items other sizes are sold out already. 

We will be waiting 24hrs prior to shipping your order if you need to change the size, no reply to our size confirmation means you are okay with the size and we will push thru with shipping your order.

Payment

What are your modes of payment?

PAYPAL Credit Card / Debit Card
Complete payment now using your CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD through PAYPAL. PayPal will process payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover credit cards. (Note: No need to have a PAYPAL account to use PAYPAL)

Bank Transfer 

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)

BDO Unibank ( minimum 24 hrs confirmation)

When do I pay?

For payments through Bank Deposit, payment must be completed within 48 hours or 2 days after submitting your order. Please note orders will automatically be cancelled if we do not receive payment within the 2-day grace period.
For payments through PAYPAL, payment must be completed right after the order form is submitted.

How do send proof of payment?
Please complete payment within 1-2 business days at any branch of bank or online transfer (Kindly disregard if payment was made through PayPal).

When payment is complete, please inform us the following details:
1. Your Name (as indicated on your order form) /Order Number
2. Date of Deposit
3. Amount Deposited

Include screenshot of the proof of payment.

How long is shipping lead time?
2-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from date of purchase.

Shipping lead time refers to the number of days it would take for a package to leave our warehouse. 

Force Majure

Teacup will not be liable for any delay or failure in shipping due to any of the following causes beyond the company’s control: acts of God, accidents, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, lockdown, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, civil commotion, government acts, fire, natural catastrophes etc. If Teacup suspends its operations due to Force Majeure, no refunds will be given and processing of orders and shipping will resume as soon as the unforeseen event is over.

Pick up instructions will be sent to your email when your order is ready for pick up. Please wait for our email notification before booking a picking up your order.
