Exchange Policy
What is Teacup’s exchange policy?
TEACUP allows exchanges (to another size or style) provided the item bought will be returned within three days from delivery and in good condition unworn and undamaged, with its original tag and packaging.
The SALE items are final and may not be exchanged
Shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer and price difference will not be refunded.
TEACUP only allows exchanges, no returns or refunds will be accepted once order has been paid for.

Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. This is beyond our control. Before purchasing, please allow slight color changes on the fabric. Teacup will not allow refunds or exchanges if a client demands the exact color on the photo as there is a possibility of slight color changes / discrepancies between photo and actual product.
Regarding our sizing
Prior to shipping your order kindly expect an email from us confirming the size and dimensions of your order, we are a small boutique and mostly we only have 1 per size per style. As much as we would want to accomodate exchange due to wrong sizing most of the items other sizes are sold out already.
We will be waiting 24hrs prior to shipping your order if you need to change the size, no reply to our size confirmation means you are okay with the size and we will push thru with shipping your order.
